If you wish to return an item please contact sales to book a return and make sure that it is processed correctly. Items that do not have a valid return number will not be credited to your account.

If you have ordered the wrong item then please notify sales on receipt of goods. All items need to be checked on delivery and supporting evidence that the product is within the allotted time frame and in its original packaging and in a resalable condition

We will accept valid returns that are unused and in its original packaging notifed within 48 hours of delivery that the item is not required. All items to be considered for return need to be requested through sales and supplied with supporting evidence for the return
