Over the years, Chris has held key positions, gaining first-hand experience in product development, supply chain management, customer service, and strategic planning. Chris has built a distinguished career marked by steady progression, deep industry expertise, and a passion for innovation. Chris is widely respected for his indepth product knowledge and pragmatic problem-solving skills. He takes great pride in his team’s dedication, applauding their

For the last 17 years, she has been a cornerstone of Cubralco, her vast knowledge and steady leadership instrumental in the company’s continued success and sterling reputation. Her journey began as an office junior, where she gained hands-on experience in every facet of the business. From the trade counter and warehouse to office administration and external site visits, Tracey has done it all. Today, she expertly manages credit control, customer accounts, commercial administration, and health and safety, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Tracey’s work ethic is second to none. She brings enthusiasm, precision, and unwavering commitment to the company every single day. Her dedication is not just to her role, but to the success and growth of Cubralco as a whole.

As a National Account Manager for Plumbing Fittings and Tube, and with over 37 years’ experience within the trade, Paul is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national accounts. He understands the unique needs of each client, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. He works closely with various teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure Cubralco’s offerings align with customer needs and market trends. His excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial in securing contracts and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. His role also involves staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we maintain our competitive edge. Zak holds the pivotal role of Regional Sales Manager at Cubralco, covering the Midlands, London, Home counties, south coast along with Scotland and Northern Ireland. He is tasked with promoting and selling our extensive range of plumbing fittings and tubes to both new and existing customers. As the face of our company in his region, Zak is the bridge between Cubralco and our clients. His responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our products and services as the ideal solution. Now, as a dedicated team leader in purchasing and administration, Michelle’s natural problem-solving skills come to the fore. Chloe has vast experience as a sales professional with over 15 years of experience spanning new business development, account management, and sales order processing. Also new to Cubralco and plumbing, Chloe is a vital part of the Cubralco team, she ensures that customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. Working closely with offsite marketing consultants, Chloe keeps customers in the loop about all new marketing initiatives, offers, and products. Sue has been an integral part of the Cubralco team for 16 years. Her previous experience working for two local accounting firms has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to manage the company’s accounts to the highest standard. In addition to overseeing the accounts, Sue handles the company’s banking needs, serves as a personal assistant, and manages human resources and payroll. They meticulously pick fittings and tubes, prepare them for packaging, and organise deliveries.
